This turned out to become a totaly experimental deviation, the only thing I had done before was the Terragen terrain, the rest is all new too me.

The "claws" that stand up from the ground was first suposed to be some kind of alien structure but after some coloring and shading I figured they should be some kind of.. well, what are they ?

Ok, Ive done planets before but this one features a total ring layer which is a new technique im trying to learn.

The meteorites is just something I feelt like doing, I had no idea how I should do them when i started but by using some of photoshops filters on some smart ways I think I got what I whanted in the first place.

Sorry for the low quality on the picture, I realy got to think about raising the pixels/inch next time. I usualy deviate in 400 pix/inch but this was made in the standard 72, I noticed that too late.
